Booking information
Arrival & departure
Check-in: from 3 p.m.
Check-out: by 9.30 a.m.
If your arrival will be after 6 p.m., we kindly ask that you inform us in advance.
Booking conditions & deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to secure your reservation. A booking becomes valid only upon receipt of our written reservation confirmation and the corresponding deposit. Please note that we only process written requests; telephone bookings are not accepted.
We kindly ask that you inform us of your expected arrival time well in advance. Thank you very much!
Final cleaning
A final cleaning fee is payable for each apartment upon arrival. This varies depending on the size of the apartment and ranges from approximately €70 to €120.
Smoking
We kindly ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted indoors.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €4.00 per person, per day, and will be charged separately on site.
Arriving & parking spaces
Two free parking spaces are available per apartment (further spaces can be made available on request). These are located a few minutes’ walk from the Chaleo (underneath the Parking Lounge). Guests are welcome to drive directly to our front door for convenient loading and unloading upon arrival and departure.
Do you need more parking spaces or prefer a garage space? Secure garage parking is available nearby at the Parking Lounge Ischgl.
Quiet hours
Parties and loud music are not permitted at the Chaleo. We kindly request that all guests observe the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. to ensure a relaxed atmosphere.
Please note that in cases of excessive soiling due to alcohol consumption, a cleaning fee of €300 will be charged.
Breakfast
The Bäckerei Kurz bakery is located right next to the Chaleo. You can enjoy a cosy breakfast on-site, pick up a snack for the day or treat yourself to fresh pastries to enjoy in the comfort of your apartment.
Ski storage room
Our ski storage room includes a boot dryer to keep your gear warm and dry overnight, so you can hit the slopes in comfort the next morning.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are only accepted in writing and require our written confirmation to be valid. To safeguard against unexpected cancellations and associated costs, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of cancellation, the following fees apply:
– 40% of the total price for cancellations made 1 to 6 months prior to arrival
– 70% of the total price for cancellations made 1 week to 1 month prior to arrival
– 90% of the total price for cancellations made during the last week prior to arrival
In the event of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
